Started in a Coffee Shop
Two UX designers frustrated with bloated agency processes. We started taking small projects from local startups, focusing on fast iterations and honest feedback. First client was a food delivery service that needed better onboarding.
Moved to Yilan, Expanded Team
Opened our first proper office space and brought on three more designers. Started working with fintech companies who needed rapid prototypes for regulatory approval processes—taught us a lot about working under pressure.
